濱口：今TECHFUNDさんにお力添えいただいているのが、社内提案制度「mokuMOKU」です。先述したように、前身の社内提案制度「ドリカムプロジェクト」では、新規事業のタネとなるアイディアの母数を集めることができませんでした。これに関しては、プロジェクトの内容や魅力をうまく発信できていなかった部分が課題であったと振り返っています。今後mokuMOKUを進めるうえでは、説明会はもちろんワークショップやセミナーも積極的に実施していきたいですね。

Hamaguchi: What we are currently receiving support for from TECHFUND is the internal proposal system ‘mokuMOKU.’ As I mentioned earlier, the predecessor internal proposal system ‘Dream Project’ was unable to gather a sufficient number of ideas that could become seeds for new businesses. Looking back, we recognize that we were not able to effectively communicate the content and appeal of the project. Going forward with mokuMOKU, we would like to actively conduct not only explanatory meetings but also workshops and seminars.
