濱口：今TECHFUNDさんにお力添えいただいているのが、社内提案制度「mokuMOKU」です。先述したように、前身の社内提案制度「ドリカムプロジェクト」では、新規事業のタネとなるアイディアの母数を集めることができませんでした。これに関しては、プロジェクトの内容や魅力をうまく発信できていなかった部分が課題であったと振り返っています。今後mokuMOKUを進めるうえでは、説明会はもちろんワークショップやセミナーも積極的に実施していきたいですね。

Hamaguchi: What TECHFUND currently helps us with is the internal ``mokuMOKU'' proposal system. As mentioned earlier, the predecessor internal proposal system "Dream Project" failed to gather a population of ideas that could become the seeds of new businesses. Looking back, I think the problem was that we failed to properly communicate the content and appeal of the project. As we move forward with mokuMOKU, we would like to actively organize not only information sessions, but also workshops and seminars.
