返品についてpaypalからも何度も連絡しておりますが、一度も返信をいただいておりません。
届いた商品に欠陥があったのに、なぜ返送料を負担しなければいけないのでしょうか？
検品を行い発送するようにお願いしたはずです。こちらに落ち度はございません。
商品を返品いたしますので返送料をご負担いただき
支払った金額(404.62ユーロ)の全額返金をお願いいたします。
