返品についてpaypalからも何度も連絡しておりますが、一度も返信をいただいておりません。

届いた商品に欠陥があったのに、なぜ返送料を負担しなければいけないのでしょうか？
検品を行い発送するようにお願いしたはずです。こちらに落ち度はございません。

商品を返品いたしますので返送料をご負担いただき
支払った金額(404.62ユーロ)の全額返金をお願いいたします。

I have been requesting to return my purchase through PayPal many times, however I have not received a single reply.

Why do I have to pay the return fee even though the delivered item was defected.
I asked to have the item checked before shipment. This is definitely not my fault.

I will return the item, therefore please pay for the return fee. I also ask you for a full refund of my purchase (€404.62).

I am looking forward to a reply.
