注文内容と異なる商品を受け取りました。

先日、商品を返送いたしましたが輸入の通関手続きに際して
書類が不足しており6月22日から荷物がイタリアの税関で止まっています。

FedExからご連絡があったかと思いますが、ご返信がいただけていなないようです。(添付画像〇枚目～〇枚目)
すぐにご連絡し必要書類を提出してください。ご連絡先は△△です。

荷物の保管期限が現地時間で6/30までになります。
このままですと、こちらに商品が返送されてしまいますので
早急にご対応いただきますようお願いいたします。

I have received an item that I didn’t order.
The other day, I returned the item, but it has been held at the customs office in Italy since the 22nd of June because the document is not enough on customs formality.
