Hello, I bought a size large cat bowl, but the item delivered was not the right size. It looks like a size small or regular.

「マイページから返品が可能」という箇所は日本語だと不自然ではありませんが、そのまま英語にすると少し言葉足らずに感じました(マイページから返品するわけではないため)。そのため、「マイページから返品依頼をすることで返品が可能」という表現に変えています。
