説明が分かりにくく、具体性に欠けるため、お客様に分かりやすく説明できるイメージがわかなかった

目標達成にあたり、目標とのギャップが生まれた場合もマーケットの需要も原因もあると言っており
積極的に目標達成に動く姿勢が見えなかった。また、自身でPDCAを回して改善していく姿勢が不明瞭なので
当社のように自走して営業していくスタイルにはフィットしないだろう

また、中小企業向けの営業経験が浅いので即戦力としては捉えにくい

これまでの業務を通じて業務を効率化していきたいという意欲は感じる

The explanation was hard to understand with lack of concrete details, so I could not gather the image to explain to the customers smoothly.

Upon target achievement, if a gap between the actual and the goal arises both market demand and causes are said to exist, so I could not see an active attitude to move forward to the target achievement. Also, since the attitude to improve the PDCA cycle by themselves was not clear, I believe they won't fit in our style to run the sales by ourselves.

Also, it is hard to take it as an immediate force because their sales experiences to small and mediam companies have not been deep enough.

I do feel their passion to improve their work efficiency through their existing work.
