説明が分かりにくく、具体性に欠けるため、お客様に分かりやすく説明できるイメージがわかなかった

目標達成にあたり、目標とのギャップが生まれた場合もマーケットの需要も原因もあると言っており
積極的に目標達成に動く姿勢が見えなかった。また、自身でPDCAを回して改善していく姿勢が不明瞭なので
当社のように自走して営業していくスタイルにはフィットしないだろう

また、中小企業向けの営業経験が浅いので即戦力としては捉えにくい

これまでの業務を通じて業務を効率化していきたいという意欲は感じる

The explanation was difficult to understand, and was not in detail. For this reason, I could not understand the image where I can explain to customer clearly.

To achieve the goal, it is said that it was caused as a result of demand of the market if there is a gap from the goal. I did not see that they were working actively to achieve the goal. As I cannot see that they try to use PDCA by themselves and improve it, it will not fit to our style where we work by ourselves.

In addition, as it does not have a long history of sales for small and middle size company, it is difficult to use it without preparation.

I feel that they want to make the work efficient via the works so far.
