備考: 社内の研修ポリシーを海外の社員に英語で伝えたいと考えています。このような場合のフォーマルな言い回しを使えれば幸いです

日本語

①会社の人材育成に関して、グループで集約したプログラムを活用することを原則とするが、内容が多岐に渡るため、各社が独自にコース設定・実施することも認める。但し、類似コースの実施を避けるため、また、次年度以降は改善していくため、本社に事前相談、事後報告をすること。
②階層別研修に関しては、マネジャー以上の社員はグループ共通プログラムの受講を原則とする。管理職未満の社員に関しては、可能な限りグループ共通プログラムに参画すること。

英語

① As for the human resources development of a company, it is mandatory to use the programmes which are organised in the group, it is also admitted to select and conduct of the courses individually for each company. However, to get rid of similarities in courses, or improve after the next year, it is required to consult preliminarily or report after the event to the headquarters.
② As for the training course for stratified education, joining the group common programme is essential for employees higher than managers in general. Other staffs are encouraged wherever possible to take part in the group common programme.
