電話番号の確認のメールが届きました。
しかし、認証プロセスはうまくいきませんでした。自動返信メールに記載されていたパスワードも使えませんでした。

現在、アマゾンで登録されている電話番号は以前のままのようです。下4桁の番号が502

サイトで電話番号を変更するやり方を教えてください。新しい電話番号を追加しようとすると、以前に使っていた電話番号に対してパスワードが送られる為に、変更をおこなうことができません。

However, the authentication process did not work. I could not use the password written in the automatic reply email.

Better word choices or vocabularies could be used for certain phrasings in the translated text. For example, "failed" sounds much smoother as compared to "did not work". Overall, translation is understandable aside from a few improvments that could be done.
