電話番号の確認のメールが届きました。
しかし、認証プロセスはうまくいきませんでした。自動返信メールに記載されていたパスワードも使えませんでした。

現在、アマゾンで登録されている電話番号は以前のままのようです。下4桁の番号が502

サイトで電話番号を変更するやり方を教えてください。新しい電話番号を追加しようとすると、以前に使っていた電話番号に対してパスワードが送られる為に、変更をおこなうことができません。

I received confirmation mail of a phone number.
But an authentication process didn’t work well. The password written in the automatic reply email was also not able to use.

Currently, the phone number which is registered in Amazon is the same as before. The last four numbers are 502.

Please tell me how to change a phone number by website. I cannot change a phone number since when I try to add a new phone number, a password is sent for the phone which I have used before.
