さっき郵便局に行ったら、今は船便しか発送できない。
そして、船便は２ヶ月以上かかる、と言われたのだが、
それでも大丈夫か？

それとも、upsで送ったほうがイイのか？

I found that it is the only way to ship overseas via the surface when I went to a post office shortly before. And, I was told that it may take longer than 2 months.
Would it be alright with it?
Or, should we ship it via UPS?
