I sent a lot of messages to buyer but there isn't any response.
Even though the return of a $500-new-reel which I sent before isn't done yet,
how could ebay let's full refund to the buyer without confirm anything?
Please confirm the message which ebay sent to me.
And please return the money that you have refunded to the buyer arbitrarily.
