Aの納期短縮ですが、正直短縮が厳しいのが現状です。

出来る出来ないは別として、土日出勤をすれば9月中に何本か用意することが
可能かもしれません。（弊社社内調整が必要です。）

1.必要な最低数量を確認して下さい
2.その数量から土日出勤するか等も含め工程を検討します
3.土日出勤になるため、その特別対応費用は請求します
　追ってお見積をお出しします

これはあくまで私の案で、社内での了解はまだ取れておりません。
最悪、社内で却下される可能性があることはご理解をお願い致します。

This is about expedite delivery schedule, but honestly it is difficult to expedite it at current situation.
We may have ready to ship at middle of September with weekend work, whether we could or could not. (It is necessary to have in-house adjustment for this)

1. Please check and inform minimum quantity
2. We'll discuss how can we meet your request including weekend working based on this quantity
3. We'll charge you extra cost for weekend working. We'll provide you this cost estimate later.

This is my own idea and it does not have in-house agreement yet.
Please understand, in worst case, this could be reject it in in-house.
