Aの納期短縮ですが、正直短縮が厳しいのが現状です。

出来る出来ないは別として、土日出勤をすれば9月中に何本か用意することが
可能かもしれません。（弊社社内調整が必要です。）

1.必要な最低数量を確認して下さい
2.その数量から土日出勤するか等も含め工程を検討します
3.土日出勤になるため、その特別対応費用は請求します
　追ってお見積をお出しします

これはあくまで私の案で、社内での了解はまだ取れておりません。
最悪、社内で却下される可能性があることはご理解をお願い致します。

As regard to the delivery time of A to be shortened, honestly it is difficult to shorten it at this moment.

Apart from whether it is possible, if I go to work on Saturdays and Sundays, I may be able to prepare some during September. (In-house adjustment is required.)

1. Please confirm the minimum quantity required.
2. Consider the process including whether to go to work on Saturdays and Sundays based on the quantity.
3. Because I will be on Saturdays and Sundays, I will charge the special handling cost. We will provide a quotation later.

This is just my idea, and I haven't got the in-house consent yet.
Please understand that in the worst case, it may be rejected in-house.
