こんにちは。
本日商品を受け取りましたが、
商品が全て油まみれでした。

1.この油は一体なんなのですか？
なんで油をぬってあるのか教えてください。
ベトベトで気分が悪いです。
洗っても完全には落ちないので困っています。

商品は美しいものでしたが、
なぜか油まみれで不快です。

2.以前注文した商品は届く気配がありませんが
いつ返金してもらえますか？

Hello.
The ordered item has arrived today, however I found all of it was oily.

1. Please advise what this oil is, also what it is for?
I feel uncomfortable with this oily texture.
I tried to wash it off but could not remove it completely.

The item itself was nice, but I feel unhappy with this oily thing.

2. The other item which I ordered before does not likely to be delivered.
When could I receive refund for this order?

I appreciate your sooner reply on the above two inquiries.
