本日商品を受け取りましたが、
商品が全て油まみれでした。

1.この油は一体なんなのですか？
なんで油をぬってあるのか教えてください。
ベトベトで気分が悪いです。
洗っても完全には落ちないので困っています。

商品は美しいものでしたが、
なぜか油まみれで不快です。

2.以前注文した商品は届く気配がありませんが
いつ返金してもらえますか？

Hello, I received the items today, but they were all soaked and greasy.

1. What is this oil all about? Please explain why they are coated with oil. It feels sticky and horrible. I have a problem with it because it cannot be washed off completely.

Although the items were beautiful, its greasy condition is unpleasant.

2. It looks like my previous order never gets here. When can you issue a refund?
