本日商品を受け取りましたが、
商品が全て油まみれでした。

1.この油は一体なんなのですか？
なんで油をぬってあるのか教えてください。
ベトベトで気分が悪いです。
洗っても完全には落ちないので困っています。

商品は美しいものでしたが、
なぜか油まみれで不快です。

2.以前注文した商品は届く気配がありませんが
いつ返金してもらえますか？

上記2点至急お返事お願い致します。
