商品を受け取りました。

届いた商品ですが、汚れとうっすらとした線のような傷がありました。(添付画像1枚目、2枚目)
鞄の内側を白い手袋で拭いたところ茶色っぽい汚れが付きました。(添付画像3枚目、4枚目)
この汚れは何ですか？

商品を返品いたしますので、返送料の負担と商品代金＋関税〇〇円を全額返金して下さい。
どうのように返送したらよろしいでしょうか？

I received the item, however it came with some spots and a minor scratch (see attached images 1 and 2).
As I wiped inside the bag with a white glove it caught a browny dust (see attached images 3 and 4).
What is this dirt all about?

I would like to return the item, so please reissue a full refund of the merchandise + OO yen as tariff as well as covering the return shipping fee. Please advise how I return the item to you. Thank you.
