この作業の為に商品の出荷アレンジが来月以降になることをお客さんに連絡していいですか。先月末から同じ話で、1か月経過していますが進捗がされていません。作業をしていなければ、商品はお客さんに渡されてしまいました。
昨日　まだ、船のアレンジをしていなければ、商品を引き取れないと言っております。また、今後の取引ができない。時計・バックならばシーズン関係ないですが、サンダルは売れません。
今の作業をやめて今週中に出荷アレンジお願いできませんか。重要なお客さんなので信頼を失いたくないです。

Could I inform client that the arrangement of delivery of this merchandise would be after the next month because of this work? From the end of last month we told it but no progress after one month. Without the work, we could have delivered them to clients. Yesterday he said he can't receive merchandise without arrangement of ship. And we couldn't deal afterwards, as we can't sell sandales. We might sell watch and bag non regarding season.
Could you arrange delivery this week stopping this work? As this is an important client, I don't lose confidence.
