We couldn't find a good plan, although we tried to manage it as much as possible over a couple of discussions with stakeholders in our company. These are main reasons; it is very hard to accept your offer in the end of the year and also 5 weeks in the beginning of the next year will not be sufficient to an achieve meaningful program both for you and us.
