It's a table in the shape of a sumo wrestler (we call them "sekitori"). I don't think many people in Japan use them at home. That's because you have to choose where to sit. It wouldn't be nice to sit in front of its buttocks, right? (Haha)
Recently, sumo is becoming less and less popular in Japan. That's probably because Japanese wrestlers are becoming weaker, and we don't have a Japanese yokozuna (sumo champion)~ It's just like not having Americans in the major leagues...
I just started using Facebook recently!! Please add me!!

It's a table that looks like a sumo wrestler (called "SEKITORI" in Japanese). By the way, it is not well used in Japanese households, because one has to decide where to sit. You would not want to sit infront of a buttocks! (HaHa)
Now a days, sumo's popularity has declined. Guess what, Japanese sumo wrestlers have become weak, and there are no Japanese YOKOZUNAs. (instead there are foreign wrestlers who become YOKOZUNAs) It's like no Americans in Major League Baseball.
Oh, I started Facebook!! Please check me out!
