日本の住所への発送ではなくフロリダの住所へ発送して下さい。
何点かお聞きしたいのですが、
メーカー保証期間内に故障や電球が切れた場合は、日本から御社へ商品を発送すれば
対応して頂けるのでしょうか？
部品や電球のみを売って頂く事は代理店として認可されないと不可能なのでしょうか？

If it breaks down or the bulb goes out while it's under the manufacturer's warranty could I get it serviced if I sent it from Japan to your company?
