届いた商品2個外箱にカッターで切られた跡がありました。
購入先にはメーカーから出荷した時の梱包で発送してもらっています。
僕が受け取った時には、その梱包は空いていて2個向きが逆に入っていました。おそらくカッターでの開封時に中の商品も一緒に切ってしまったのではないかと思います。
補償してもらえますか?

I have noticed that there are cuts on two of outer case that I have just received.
I asked seller to ship as the same package as manufacturer ship to them.
When I have received, the package was open and two items were placed opposite. I wonder if they might have cut the item when they open the package with blade.
Can you compensate for that damage?

Hi, I fould two scars on the 2boxes of the prodcts you just sent me. They are the scars from cutter I suppose. I asked the seller to send me in the status of the maker sent.
When I received, the package was already opened and the 2 of them were up side down. I assume when they cut by cutter to open, they cut the inside too. Can you refund me for that?
