届いた商品２個外箱にカッターで切られた跡がありました。
購入先にはメーカーから出荷した時の梱包で発送してもらっています。
僕が受け取った時には、その梱包は空いていて２個向きが逆に入っていました。おそらくカッターでの開封時に中の商品も一緒に切ってしまったのではないかと思います。
補償してもらえますか？

I have noticed that there are cuts on two of outer case that I have just received.
I asked seller to ship as the same package as manufacturer ship to them.
When I have received, the package was open and two items were placed opposite. I wonder if they might have cut the item when they open the package with blade.
Can you compensate for that damage?
