マッキントッシュMA5100のアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、左チャンネルの音が異常な状態です。音が歪みすぎてしまい、正常な音が全く出ません。音量も非常に低いです。このアンプは左のチャンネルが完全に壊れてます。不良品です。非常にショックです。オーディオ修理屋に、聞いたら、最低、点検料300ドルはかかるとのことです。購入額の半分、約280ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけませんか？納得ができません。ご連絡お待ちしてます。

I am contacting you regarding MAC MA5100 amp. I have just checked preamp today and yesterday since I was out for business trip. What I've found out was that sound from left channel is not normal. The sound is too off-balanced to produce normal sound. The volume is also very low. Left channel on this amp is completely broken. It is defect. I am very disappointed. According to the audio repair shop, it will cost me at least $300 for inspection. Could you please refund me $280, which is the half of the item price? I don't think it's fair.
