マッキントッシュMA5100のアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、左チャンネルの音が異常な状態です。音が歪みすぎてしまい、正常な音が全く出ません。音量も非常に低いです。このアンプは左のチャンネルが完全に壊れてます。不良品です。非常にショックです。オーディオ修理屋に、聞いたら、最低、点検料300ドルはかかるとのことです。購入額の半分、約280ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけませんか？納得ができません。ご連絡お待ちしてます。
This is about the Macintosh MA5100 amps. I was on a business trip until a few days ago so yesterday and today I checked the per-amplifiers that arrived, but the sound from the left channel is strange. The sound is very warped and no normal sounds come out of it. The volume is also extremely low. This amp is totally broken on the left channel. It's defective. I am extremely shocked. When I asked an audio repair shop it would cost a minimum of $300 to be serviced. Would you please refund half of the purchase price? About $280 would be fine. I can't grasp this.
