Bと同様のCSVファイルは100点以上存在し、1ファイル内に5000行のデータが存在するファイルもある。
すべてのCSVファイル、データに対して手作業でAの配列に加工、変換することが困難であるため、1ファイル内で容易にBの配列からAの配列、内容に変換することができるプログラムの作成を依頼します。
プログラムはEXCELマクロ、VBA、WEBプログラミングなど言語を問いません。

I would like to process and convert arrays like B's into A's data array and content data.
The same CSV file as B has over 100 points and there's also a file with 5000 lines of data within 1 file.
Since it's difficult to process and convert all of the CSV files and data manually, I am requesting a program that can easily convert the contents from B's array to A's array within 1 file.
As for the program, languages like Excel Macro, VBA, or WEB programming don't matter to me.
