ID1番の荷物の中に箱のみの商品が有りました。商品ケースに開けられた形跡があり、商品自体がありません。クレーム申請の方法を教えて下さい。日本からの発送会社DHLに問い合わせましたが、DHL側は商品チェックなどで商品を調べてはいないとの事です。
手元にある書類は、Amazon 領収書、MYUSから届いたアイテムのリスト、商品が入っていない商品ケース、商品が梱包されていた段ボールです。

There was 1 empty box which did not contain the item among the packages of ID1. The case was opened and the item was not there. Please tell me how to file a claim. I asked to DHL Japan who delivered it,but DHL said that it did not opened the box to check the content.

In ID1 package there was a goods with box only. When I opened the case, I found there was no goods at all. Please tell me how to claim. I didn't required Japanese transaction company DHL but I think DHL didn't check the goods.
Now the files I have are Amazon receipt, the item list from MYUS, the case with no goods, the paper box in which items in. That's all.
