Health Life Passport is available in many regions, not only Japan. It supports multiple languages, usually a main language (native language) and secondary language (language you wish to translate to). By allowing medical examinations in multiple languages, patients are able to communicate important information including their symptoms, past cases and prescribed medicines clearly to the doctor, allowing for a quick and easy examination system.
Also, the articles history can be converted into a PDF format and sent to a chosen e-mail address, making printing out an easy task

また多言語に対応していて、入力履歴から問診PDFを作成して指定されたメールアドレスに返信するクラウドサーバ上のWebアプリケーションへ入力履歴をメール送信することで、健康管理表の印刷を容易に行うことができます。

Also it corresponds to many languages and makes it easier to print out health control chart by doing like the following; you send input history by e-mails to web application on cloud-server which sends back to the designated e-mail address given by making an inquiry PDF from input history.
