前回は分かりにくい英語ですみませんでした。再度問題を書きます。
私は御社からトランペットを購入しましたが、
バルブのボトムキャップが別に付属していませんでした。
私は商品情報と掲載されている写真を見て、通常のものと
重量があるものの２種類が付属していると考えていました。
しかしトランペットに最初からセットされているもの以外に
付属しているボトムキャップがありませんでした。
これは何らかのミスなのか、それとも元々付属していないものなのか
確認したいです。

I bought a trumpet from your company but the bottom cap of the valve was not there with it.
I thought that two kinds, a heavy one and a regular one, would come with it according to the picture online and the information about the item.
However, I couldn't find the bottom cap which was supposed to come with the trumpet except the original one set in it.
I would like to know if this is some kind of mistake or not supposed to have it to begin with.
