1時間後にキャンセルしてきました。
日本に直接送れないと思ったので、アメリカの転送業者に発送をするようにしたのがダメだったのでしょうか?
なぜキャンセルになったのか教えて下さい。

I received a mail like this from the seller, babygear, after I made a purchase from it.
"Billing country is japan? Correct?"
I didn't reply to it. Then my order was cancelled one hour after that.
Is it because I asked them to use an American courier for shipping? I thought they couldn't directly ship it to Japan.
Will you tell me why my order was cancelled?

After I made the purchase, the seller babygear sent this email to me.

When I didn't reply the email, my order was cancelled an hour later.
I think the item can't be sent directly to Japan, but couldn't I get it sent to a forwarding service in the U.S.?
