集電帯の基材が銅箔になっていまして、表裏のあるワークを流しています
ラインセンサーが表側と裏側に配置されていて、リアルタイムに画像を取り込みながら表面の外観検査を行なっています
こちらが今回新たに出品したものです
この装置は、欠陥の場所にマークを付けるため、新たに自社で開発しました
中にペンが隠れており、欠陥が発生するとペンが出てきて基材にマーキングします
マーキング後、中に入っているカラーセンサーで判断します

さらに、トレンドグラフでリアルタイムに欠陥の情報、長さの情報、表裏のズレ、塗工の幅のトレンドも出せます
応用として、濡れた状態の検査、乾燥させた際の乾燥状態の検査ができます
それから、最終的な製品の検品機による検査、最後にセルの検査など、いろいろな工程で使われています
それぞれの工程でその検査のカテゴリーが違いますが、私どもの製品はひとつの検査機でいずれの工程でも使えるように設計されています
