今日紹介するのは、革新的な二次電池電極シート検査装置です
集電帯の基材が銅箔になっていまして、表裏のあるワークを流しています
ラインセンサーが表側と裏側に配置されていて、リアルタイムに画像を取り込みながら表面の外観検査を行なっています
こちらが今回新たに出品したものです
この装置は、欠陥の場所にマークを付けるため、新たに自社で開発しました
中にペンが隠れており、欠陥が発生するとペンが出てきて基材にマーキングします
マーキング後、中に入っているカラーセンサーで判断します

The product we want to introduce today is a revolutionary Secondary Cell Electrode Sheet Inspection System. The base of current collector is copper plate that takes the work on both side. Two line sensors are installed on both sides and they inspect the surface of the subject while taking the real time images.
This is the newly launched product by us.
This new apparatus is deviced by us to mark the location of flaws.
A pen is hidden inside and when the system detects a flaw it comes out and mark it on the material.
After marking it the color sensor inside judges it.
