追跡情報では配達済になっていますが
まだ商品を受け取ってないと主張しています
追跡情報ではWEST PHILADELPHIA,PAになっています
しかしこれはバイヤーの住所であるWilmington,DEへの配達は
WEST PHILADELPHIA,PAのDHLが配達するエリアだからです。
DHLからの配達証明もバイヤーに送信しました。
しかし返信がありません。
Please advise on this reques.
The tracking information says it has been delivered.
But they claim they haven't received the item yet.
The tracking info says WEST PHILADELPHIA,PA.
However, this means that delivery to Wilmington,DE, which is the buyer's address, was not made.
WEST PHILADELPHIA,PA, which is the area where DHL delivers to the buyer's address.
I also sent the proof of delivery from DHL to the buyer.
But there is no reply.
