検査は順調に進んでおりますが、検査機関より、以下の追加書類が必要との連絡を受けました。
ボトルの
12番の素材をPC/ABSからPC/ABS（PC含有量50%以上）
13番の素材はABSからMMA/ABS(MMA含有量50%以上)
に修正済の Drinking water contact confirmation を提出してください。
Good evening.
Although the inspection is progressing smoothly, we have been informed by the inspection agency that the following additional documents are required.
Please submit the corrected drinking water contact confirmation for a bottle of:
- No. 12 material from PC/ABS to PC/ABS (PC content of 50% or more)
- No. 13 material from ABS to MMA/ABS (MMA content of 50% or more)
また、製造者サインにつきまして、手書きのサインと、メーカー捺印の２種類があり、一種類に統一して欲しい とのことです。
添付の資料の、ボトル、キャップ 各シートの下部の手書きサイン部分を、メーカー捺印に変更いただけますか？
また、SAME MATERIALのシートの下部にも捺印をお願いいたします。

In addition to this, there are 2 different types of manufacturer's signatures: handwritten signatures and manufacturer's stamp signatures. We would like them to be unified into one type please.
Could you therefore change the handwritten signatures at the bottom of each bottle and cap sheet in the attached documents to be the manufacturer's stamp signature instead?
Please endeavor to also stamp the bottom of the 'SAME MATERIAL' sheet.
