ACアダプターの件でご連絡をさせて頂きます。
私の方で、ACアダプター製造の会社へ連絡してみたのですが、規格に合うACアダプターが見つかりませんでした。
以前、御社より日本でACアダプターを調達されている会社が有ると教えて頂きました。
もし宜しければ、そちらの会社様が販売されている製品名を教えて頂けないでしょうか？
製品に付属されている、ACアダプターの表示面より、ACアダプター製造の会社を調べようと思います。
Regarding the AC Adapter.
I am writing to you with regard to the AC adapter.
We tried contacting the company manufacturing the AC adapter but we weren't able to find an AC adapter that conforms to standards.
Before, your company told us about a company that has provided AC adapters in Japan.
If it is alright, can you tell me the manufacturer name that your company sells to?
I think we will research more on the company that manufactures AC adapters from the display side of AC adapters that come with products.
