The guarantee card and cards (see the image) in the envelope are attached at accessory of this brand. But they were not attached at the item I purchased this time.
Did you forget attaching them? If so, would you send them to me?

Today I received an item. Usually, the accessories of this brand along with an envelope including a card for guarantee and cards which are shown on the photo comes with the item, but it wasn't included in the package at this time. Could you check whether it was missing or not? If you missed including it, would it be possible to send it?
