今回の問題は、アマゾンのポリシーと英国のルールを理解していなかったことにあります。私の知識不足でした
改善策として、以下を本日、実施しました
アマゾンの規約とポリシー、そして英国のルールを確認し、内容を理解した上でマニュアルを作成しました。
私以外の従業員にもマニュアルを配布し、教育を行いました。
amazonの在庫リストを全て消去しました。
今後は、商品を出品する際には、私以外の別のスタッフも加えることで、問題ない商品どうかのダブルチェックします。
The issue was that I didn’t understand the policy of Amazon and the rules in the UK.
This has been because of my lack of knowledge.
I have implemented measures for the following today:
*Confirming the terms and policy of Amazon, and rules of the UK. I made a manual by referring to those rules.
*I instructed our staff regarding the matter, by handing the manual.
*I deleted all the stock lists from Amazon.
Later, we conduct a double-check whether there is a problem with our items by adding other staff than myself in order to list items.
