すぐに当社スタッフ全員に問題を共有し、改善計画の緊急会議を行いました。
下記のとおり改善計画をご連絡いたします。

1.問題が発生していることはEメールと通知にて気が付きました。
2.確認できる通知はなかったです。もしかしたら最近この商品を納品していないことが原因がもしれません。

4.ラベル不備により御社の受領担当者に確認時間をとらせてしまい、受領に時間をかけてしまった。

We are terribly sorry for troubling you at this time.
We talked it over with all our staff at our meeting to share this issue for improving our service urgently for the following.
1 We noticed the issue by email and notification.
2 There were no notifications to be able to confirm. Probably, this could be a cause that we do not deliver this item lately.
3 We know it.
4 We made you take a longer time for the delivery due to the problem on the label to your receiving staff.
これにより、当社だけでなく他の全ての納品者の納品遅延にも繋がってしまった。ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
5.ラベルを印刷した時に下記いずれかが今回の問題の根本原因になります。
・プリンタの不良によりインクが通常より多く排出されてしまった。
・インク自体の水分量が多い
・インクが乾いていない状態でラベルに触れたため、印字がにじんでしまった。

上記の原因を全て解決するため、下記の施策を行います。
For this reason, we apologize that this caused delays for all the deliverers not only us but also others.
5 Either of the following problems is a specific cause when printing the label.
・There was a lot of water in the ink itself.
・The printing result became bleedthrough because of touching before the ink dries.
6 We implement the following measures to solve the issues above.
プリンタ本体を新品に変更します。
インクを水分量の少ない、にじみが起こりにくい商品に変更します。
印刷後のラベルは1時間以上の時間が経つまで納品に使用しない。
ラベルに不備がないかの確認を3名体制で行います。
1人目 印刷したラベルの目視確認
2人目 ラベル貼り付け担当による目視確認
3人目 納品箱に入れる担当による目視確認
7.本日以降の納品作成分で全て改善済みです。
この度はご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
今後はこのような事態を引き起こすことのないように十分注意致します

We will change the printer to a new one, that is equipped with ink of less water and of anti-feathering type.
The printed labels in less than an hour will not be used for the purpose of the delivery.
Three of our staff will check whether the labels are satisfactory for the multiple confirmations.
Staff 1: Visible check for the printed label.
Staff 2: Additional visible check by an attaching staff of label.
Staff 3: Additional visible check by a packaging staff of the item.
7 We have done all the items for delivery from today and onward.
Once again, we are sorry for the trouble caused by us. We will closely take care of never occurring the issue once again.
