離婚にて氏が変更となりました。
先のメールにて、英語にて証明書を提出するように、と書かれてありましたが、
日本国籍ですので、英語の身分証明書を取得することができないのですが、どのようにすれば、
アカウントセッティングを変更していただけるのでしょうか。
My surname has changed as divorced.
The last email says the certificate should be submitted in English but the identification paper in English will not be able to obtain as I am a Japanese citizen. How can I ask you to change the account setting?
