There is an unauthorized seller who is making changes to the product page on the above product.
The seller name is AA and the seller ID is BB.

The original product page shows a set of 3 books.
I have attached the image of the product and the product title is as follows.

Seller AA changed the product page to a set of 4 books instead of 3, and its title is also changed for the seller's own convenience.
I am delivering the products to FBA as a set of 3 books so I am unable to sell with the current page.
Even if I correct the product page, seller AA will make an unauthorized change right after.

1) Install the application
However, after installation, often times, when trying to open up the app on iPhone, it shuts down by itself.

2) Turn on the power on the device
Confirm the above wifi on a smart phone device. Once connected, it is asked for a password in the instructions but it actually doesn't need a password. Would this be okay?

3) Open the App
A. Confirm the connection by the wifi icon at the top right
B. Playlist of the videos in the SD that is inserted in the device should be displayed automatically on the app but with Android, the wifi icon does indicate connection but it doesn't actually connect.

- There is a lag of more than 15 minutes from when it starts to upload until it is displayed on the device.
- When trying to open up the app on Android, the Wi-Fi icon is displayed as connected but the playlist will not sync.
