しかし現在までほとんどフィードバックをお客から頂けていません
設定など何かこのツールに誤りがありますでしょうか？

I've been using FeedbackFive for about 2 weeks now!
In the US, we have sent about 500 feedback requests to our customers using this tool.
However, until now, we have received very little feedback from customers.
Is there something wrong with this tool, such as a setting?
Or is there something wrong with the requests I'm sending?
