私はDHLJAPANの私の担当に、この件に対してサポートを求めましたが、荷物がドイツにあるので、ドイツDHLと直接やり取りしてくれと言われました
ShipperであるCCCも当社では対応できないので、ドイツDHLに連絡してくれと言われ、私が自分で解決するしかありません。
私は英語が不得意なので、解決に際して出来るだけ簡単な英語お願いします
If the issue is too complicated to solve, please return the parcel to the Shipper.
If there is additional charge, please charge it to my account.
To solve this issue, I asked DHL Japan for support, but they asked me to directly contact DHL Germany as the parcel was in Germany.
CCC, the Shipper, couldn't handle it and asked me to contact DHL Germany, so I have to handle it by myself.
As I'm not that good at English, please contact me in simple English.
