恐らくハウジングの流用は可能だと思います。流用した場合はAが4本入ります。
また、製品の全長も60mm程度長くなります。
ただ下記の理由から正直あまりお勧めできません。
・面積の割に滞留時間が長いため、樹脂の熱劣化が起こりやすい
・全長が変わるので、一部ヒーターも作り直す必要がある
リスクが大きい割に、抑えられるコストとパフォーマンスが見合わないと思います。
受注の可能性が少しでもあれば本気で取り組みたいですが、
全く予算が合わなければ概算での見積回答にとどめておきたいです。
It’s potentially possible to divert the housing. If diverted, 4x A’s will be included.
The total length of the product will also be about 60mm longer.
However, honestly I do not recommend it for the following reasons:
・As the residence time is long for the area, heat deterioration of the resin is likely to occur.
・As the total length changes, some heaters need to be remade.
Not only are the risks great, but the cost and performance would also not be great.
I would like to achieve this request if possible, however if the amount doesn’t fit your budget please provide a rough estimate.
