日本人の配偶者がいる、永住者であるなどの他、”人道上配慮すべき事情”がある人でない限り
入国拒否対象となっています（留学生の入国は人道的配慮すべき事情に含まれません）

いつまで入国拒否との具体的な期限もないので私どもも困っています。
元々5月末入国予定だったのを、六月末→7月末と変更してい都度キャンセルしています。いつ入国できるか分かりません。
