I have confirmed shortly before but a photo shows jacket with hood is unused but other one is dirt and used different from the photo, that cannot be put with hood with button.
It was sent from the office in the US to Japan and it cannot be returned therefore may I ask you to make a 30 USD discount out of the market price of second hand items?

I checked it a few minutes ago. One is a jacket with food in the image that has not been used. Another one is an used one that is different from the one in the image where there was a spot and it was impossible to attach the hood by button.
As we cannot return it since it was sent from the office in the States to Japan, would you discount it to thirty dollars that is the price of the used item at current market?
