マルチチャネルについて質問です。
メディア商品についてはアメリカのFBA倉庫からマルチチャネルサービスを使用して世界中に送ることができます。
ところがカナダだけは例外で、メディア商品がメディア商品ではないと認識されているようです。
他の国へは問題なく送れるのでカナダへの送付についてだけシステムエラーが発生しているのだと思われます。
このエラーを修正して頂けますでしょうか？
特定の商品ではなく、メディア商品すべてがマルチチャネルサービスでカナダへ送れません。
I have a question about multichannels.
In regards to the media products, we can use multichannel services and send them to the world from the FBA inventory in America.
However, Canada is an exception, as they do not acknowledge media products as such.
Although there are no problems with sending them to other countries, I think a system error will occur when they are sent to Canada. Could you help fix this error?
Not just specially designated products, but also media products will not be able to be sent to Canada through multichannels.
