i have the answer about the packages!! i'm desapointed because the French Post don't inform his customers and it's very tyring!
the French Post office has encountered a computer problem and many packages have later and was in stand by at the Roissy platform transit
the problem has been resolute yesterday afternoon and all everythink should be handled
i'm very sorry for this inconvenient independently of our will
in this period in France there are long summer holliday (july and august)
i will ask at another company (Fedex, DHL etc...)
when i have more information (price) i will send you a mail

フランスポストは、コンピュータの問題が発生したため、多くの荷物が遅れており Roissy配送所に留まっているそうです。
この問題は昨日午後解決され、全部これから再び配達されるようです。
このような自体になり、こちらとしてはどうもできなかったのですが、申し訳なく思っています。
この時期、フランスは長い夏のバカンスシーズン（7、8月）でもあります。
他の配送会社についても調べてみるつもりです。（FedexやDHLなど）
これらの会社の情報（送料など）がわかりましたらメールをお送りします。
