Developer Key:の登録手順で教えて貰った "apply for access here."が見当たりません
どこをクリックすれば良いですか？添付「１」に画面の画像を付けました
次に今回は外部業者のソフトフェアを使用したいのですが、
Developer ID 819132084384のみ“AccessDenied”が発生します
その他の業者のソフトは全く問題なく使用できます
こちらも添付画像として「２」をお送りします

I cannot find "apply for access here." which I had been explained in the registration process of Developer Key:
Where do I click? I put the image of the screen at the attached "1."
I would like to use the software of the external vendor in this time.
However, “AccessDenied” incurs just in Developer ID 819132084384.
I can use another vendors' software.
I send you the attached file "2" as the image.
